Although in the "Golf 5" type car, Erisa Fero was transporting drugs, in no case has it been checked since it was stopped.

According to the investigative file provided by "Ora News", it appears that the ANA official from 2020 to December 2022 performed the role of transporting drugs from the city of Shkodra, where narcotics were bought, to Pogradec and Korça.

The two recipients of the goods sent by the Pogradec group, FS, 30 years old and GS, 28 years old, were able to escape from the police.

Investigations into this case started in 2020, after it was found that some people supply narcotics to criminal entities in the cities of Pogradec and Korçë.

On December 8, 2022, on the Shkodër-Tirana road axis, around 5:30 p.m., a vehicle was detected heading towards Tirana. Behind this car came another "Golf 5" type vehicle, owned by Erisa Fero.

Erisa Fero is a social connection with Lekë Basha and Endri Karaj. She is employed at AKSH.I and this citizen usually transports narcotics on her days off with her "Golf 5" vehicle.

From the investigation file, it is understood that Erisa Fero goes with her vehicle to the city of Shkodra, where she takes the narcotics from the above persons and then leaves for Pogradec and Korça.

When stopped by the police, Erisa Fero presents herself as an employee in the ministry, in order to avoid being checked. To secure the Erisa Feros road and to exchange the narcotic substance cannabis sattiva with the hosts in FS and GS

"... usually the people who cover Lekë Basha and Endri Karaj with surveillance, stand 500 to 1000 meters in front of the car that transports the narcotic substance, in order to control the road and notify Erisa Fero, if there is a police checkpoint..." - it is stated in file.

Më tej në dosje thuhet se në 28 dhjetor 2022 shërbimet e policisë Korçë, kanë marrë informacion nga SPTIMSHI se Erisa Fero ishte nisur në drejtim të Pogradecit me automjetin e saj “Golf 5”.

Menjëherë shërbimet e policisë janë organizuar për të kryer verifikimin, ndjekjen dhe kontrollin e këtij automjeti. Në orën 17:25 në afërsi të Qafë-Thanë është konstatuar një automjet, në drejtimin e të cilit ka qenë shtetasi Lekë Basha dhe në vendin e pasagjerit, Maringlen Karaj.

Pak minuta më vonë vjen edhe automjeti  “Golf 5” që drejtohej nga Erisa Fero. Në afërsi të një hoteli në zbritje të Qafë-Thanës, Erisa Fero, ka dalë nga automjeti “Golf 5” dhe hipën si pasagjere te automjeti tjetër që në timon qëndronte Mariglen Karaj.

Ndërkohë Lekë Basha merr drejtimin e automjetit “Golf 5” dhe hyn me të në parkimin e hotelt. Ndërsa automjeti tjetër, ku ndodhej Erisa Fero lëviz në drejtim të fshatit Lin. Menjëherë shërbimet e policisë kanë bërë të mundur ndalimin dhe kontrollin e të dy automjeteve. Në momentin që i janë afruar automjetit, policia ka konstatuar pakot me lëndë narkotike në një çantë të madhe të zezë.

Policia sekuestroi 58 kg drogë të llojit hashash, ndërsa në fillim të muajit Janar 2023 gjykata e Pogradecit caktoi masën e sigurimit “arrest në burg”, për Erisa Feron dhe dy bashkëpunëtorët e saj, Lekë Basha dhe Endri Karaj.

28-vjeçaria nga Korça, ka nisur punë në vitin 2017 pranë AZRT, (Agjencia për Zbatimin e Reformës Territoriale).
