Drita Avdyli , president of the Mediation Chamber, was invited to "Breaking" on Top News, where she spoke about the murder of 14-year-old Martin Cani on Monday.

She said that the situation is sensitive, while she offered mediation between the two families, but at the right moment.

Among other things, she said that mediation will also be offered to the friends of the victim and the author, in order to avoid another possible conflict.

" Self-judgment was born from the dysfunction of judicial processes. In the world and in Albania, self-judgment has been the way to find choices. This minor will be punished according to the Criminal Code for minors. Mediation can end the consequences of the conflict. In these cases mediation is suggested. We will offer ourselves, but this is not the right moment. We will find the moment to mediate between the two families, but also friends. I will also address the Minister of Justice. In the world beyond Albania, in the EU, mediators have been introduced that make it possible to extinguish conflicts. This was a fatal case. In schools we have fights almost every day. In these cases, advice from psychologists is needed ", said Avdyli , among other things .
