A car was found burnt in the village of Kote in Vlorë.

It is suspected that the car belongs to the assassins who executed Laert Keka this evening in Vlora.

Dynamics

It is learned that the victim was driving a motorcycle when an "Audi A6" vehicle approached him and a person shot him near the city's public library. 


The first time he was shot, the 41-year-old fell down and tried to leave, but the perpetrator shot again, leaving him dead on the spot. A few minutes after the incident, the police found the vehicle burnt, while they are working to identify and arrest the perpetrators.

"On 09.09.2023, at 9:50 p.m., we were informed that there were gunshots in the 28 November neighborhood, Vlora, near the Shefqet Musaraj Library.

It is suspected that a black vehicle with Italian license plates was shot with a firearm and as a result citizen Laert Keka, born on 02.07.1982, a resident of Vlora, was killed." - informs the police.
