The police of Tirana arrested the suspected author of the murder of Martin Can, yesterday outside the premises of the 9-year-old school "Fan Noli" in the capital.

Martini, 14 years old, was stabbed and the heart attack was fatal for the minor. Several teenagers were involved in the fight, while Cani and two other teenagers, including the author, were injured. Cani unfortunately did not make it.

"Following the investigative and procedural actions carried out in relation to the incident that happened yesterday, on the "Qemal Stafa" street, the specialists of the Section for the Investigation of Crimes Against the Person arrested a 14-year-old minor, for the criminal offense of "Deliberate murder committed against a minor" and "Producing, keeping, buying or selling cold weapons without a permit", provided by articles 79 point a and 279 of the Criminal Code.

This citizen, yesterday, in the vicinity of the "Fan Noli" school, due to weak motives, had a conflict with two of his peers and during the conflict, he hit them with a cutting tool. During the conflict, all 3 minors were injured.

As a result of the injuries received, one of the 14-year-olds died in the hospital, while the other, together with the suspected perpetrator, are out of danger. The materials were handed over to the Prosecutor's Office," the police announced.
