The journalist added that the Prosecutor's Office has information about the person who committed the assassination and the person who betrayed Martinaj.

Daci:  The prosecution of Kruja has cast its suspicions on Nikla. Martinaj's last clashes were in Nikël. The prosecution has an almost clear approach to the persons involved, a well-known figure in the world of crime and involved in dozens of criminal acts. It is not within the territory of Albania, it may have gone towards Kosovo. He is suspected as the executor and organizer.

The prosecution also has data on the whereabouts of the person who betrayed Brilant Martinaj. He sought asylum abroad. I fear Ervis Martinaj more than justice. Brilant Martinaj was killed as revenge for his cousin. Since it is still a mystery what happened to Ervis Martinaj, his rival is Endrit Dokle, the rest of the rivals have not declared and it does not appear that they are in Albania.

Fabian Zhilla: It is incomprehensible how the police do not have a special strategy for Nikla. There should be a plan of action that relates to real-time information, intelligence and crime prevention. It is an area that also offers paid assassinations. It needs a long-term plan that even if it has, it hasn't worked

Daci:  Reformation of the entire police station is necessary, Nikla is not controlled by changing police chiefs. Generally, contract killers are from Nikla. Nikla is out of control. There is no police force to control it.

Žilla: Joint investigation groups are needed for both cases, i.e. the disappearance of Vis Martinaj and the murder of Brilanti. It would be good to assemble a joint group of experienced prosecutors, and SPAK and BKH should also be included.

Daci:  SPAK says there is a law that the prosecution must declare incompetence. The Special Prosecutor's Office started by Martinaj's opponents, some of them are looking for justice, if SPAK does not pull it on its own because it may find it difficult to clarify and catch the perpetrators, the Special Prosecutor's Office must unite and investigate in a single , because it all revolves around the name of Ervis Martinaj. Maybe this can lead us to solve dozens of other cases. SPAK is reluctant to receive the file, every day that passes is a delay.
