Fines up to 1 thousand euros, 3 young people are arrested in Tirana

As part of the coded police operation "Xhamlliku", 3 young men were arrested, who were blackmailing different people by means of threats to give them property for sums of up to 1 thousand Euros.

Specifically, the 20-year-old Lulzim Kêrciku, as well as 2 people aged 16 and 17, were arrested by the police for the criminal offense of "Extortion through threats or violence to give property" committed in collaboration.

During the conducted investigations, 2 cases of this criminal activity were documented, with 3 detainees as suspected perpetrators. The materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office for further investigative actions.
