At the head of the group hit by SPAK for trafficking 50 tons of cocaine is  Salvador Shpëtim Aliu .

It is suspected that he is in Dubai and his arrest and imprisonment has been scheduled for June 19, the same as for the other 9 Albanians who are part of the drug trafficking and money laundering network.

Among the security measures is Isa Aliu , a close associate of the head of the criminal group, Salvador alias Shpëtim Aliu , in whose name at least four companies and other properties were registered.

The media writes that there are arrest warrants from several countries against the leader of this international network.

Salvador Shpëtim Ali is from Elbasan and is suspected of being the head of the Çopjave criminal organization .
