The Court of Korça has given the security measure to the 4 citizens who raped 30-year-old Ramadan Hasani with strong objects , in the premises of a car wash in Korça, on March 22.

It is learned that against the citizens Spartak Selimi , Kristi Selimi , Marsel Xhakollari and Erion Gura , the Court decided: not validating the legal detention and setting the security measure " obligation to appear before the Judicial Police".

The serious event happened on March 22 in a car service in the city of Korça, where some young people clashed with each other with sticks.

The police reported that the 4 people raped a 30-year-old man, who, as can be seen from the footage, violently hit him with hard objects.

The fight started on February 14 and according to police sources, it was learned that it was Ramadan Hasani and his brother who beat Spartak Selima and then today Selima together with a family member and two friends found Ramadan Hasani and attacked him with iron levers and clubs.

Police notification:

They tried to kill a 30-year-old man with strong tools, the 4 suspected perpetrators of the incident that happened two days ago in the city of Korça were arrested.

Following the procedural actions carried out, for the complete documentation of the event that occurred on 22.03.2024, in neighborhood no. 16, Korçë, as well as bringing before the legal responsibility of its 4 suspected authors, after numerous controls and thanks to the negotiations carried out by the Police forces with their families, these citizens surrendered to the Police premises.

The specialists of the Section for the Investigation of Crimes against Life and Person of DVP Korçë, arrested on their own initiative the wanted citizens SS, 32 years old, KS, 31 years old, M. Xh., 40 years old and EG, 49 years old, residents of Korçë.

These citizens, in cooperation with each other, in a car wash, for weak motives, allegedly tried to kill the citizen RH, 30 years old, a resident of Korçë, who is being treated in the hospital, with strong means.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the Korçë General Jurisdiction, for the criminal offense of "Intentional murder", remaining in the attempt, committed in collaboration.
