VIDEO / Citizen enters to cross the road, knocks down "Giro d'Italia" cyclist

An unusual incident occurred in the center of Tirana, while the "Giro d'Italia" cycling race was being held.

A citizen reportedly stepped into the middle of the road and hit one of the cyclists, knocking him to the ground.

It is suspected that the citizen wanted to jump to the other side of the road, but chose the wrong moment.

The police are seen in the video failing to stop him, but attempting to apprehend him after the incident.
