The mayor of Kolonje, Erion Isai, spoke to the media after leaving SPAK, where he testified about a case that, according to him, happened a long time ago and has nothing to do with election crimes and tenders. 

Isai stated that he was called to the SPAK simply as a person who has knowledge and not as being involved in a crime, if any.

"It has nothing to do with election crimes, I was summoned as a person with knowledge. It is related to a concrete event from a long time ago, where the Municipality was not involved in a direct public tender but as an institution in the know. Who is being investigated is up to the prosecution, I was asked as a person who has knowledge, the investigators are in a mood, why not be in a mood",  he said.
