Former director of the Lezha Cadastre, Gentian Malotaj, and head of legalizations, Artur Shabaku

9 arrest warrants have been issued in the city of Lezha for property alienation.

Public officials and a police officer are involved in this scheme.

By order of the prosecutor's office and a court decision, several people have been detained. This is an investigation that began some time ago.

- Gentian Malotai , former director of the Cadastre, "house arrest"

- Artur Shabaku , former head of legalization, "house arrest"

- Artmir Maxhuni, cadastral official, "house arrest"

- Luiza Bala   "house arrest"

- Hekuran Jinn a "house arrest"

- Flor Gjini , former director of IKMT, “Ban on leaving the country”

- Col. Malai , former director of IKMT, "Ban on leaving the country"

- Martin Ndoka , police officer in Shëngjin “Suspension of exercising a public duty” and “Prohibition of leaving the country”
