Most likely, he was told that he had to respond to the orders and "orders" of Luciano Koçek, who the Special Prosecutor's Office considers to be the man who has been shadowing the construction projects of "Nova Construction" for many years.

Enea may be an individual with good managerial skills and had no responsibility to verify the status, activity or source of money of Luciano Koçek.

However, the Special Prosecution Office has a definition for Enea Mitrushi: He is considered "the trusted man of Luciano Koçek", one of the bosses of the "Aruba Group".

Pak muaj më pas, në Shtator të vitit 2023, dy nga ortakët e “Investment and Development Albania-IDA”, Ilir Shtufi dhe Gerian Kuka, vendosi të shesin aksionet e tyre tek Agim Zeqo, i cili merr në kontroll pronësinë dhe administrimin e kompanisë.

Zeqo është i njohur në Korçë, jo vetëm për origjinën e tij nga ky qytet, por edhe për faktin që për shumë vite ishte një nga drejtuesit e ekipit të futbollit “Skënderbeu”.

Përfitimi nga ana e tij e statusit të investitorit strategjik shumë pranë qendrës së qytetit, përveçse u prit me rrudhje buzësh nga qytetarët, nuk u ka aspak e habitshme. Kjo, për shkak të raporteve të mira të tij me kryeministrin Edi Rama.

Edhe resorti hotelier, në publikun lokal, u emërtua si “hoteli i Agim Zeqos”.

Në vendimin e Komitetit të Investimeve Strategjike, thuhej se projekti do të zhvillohej në një hapësirë 10 mijë metra katrorë.

Në një paragraf të mëtejshëm, akti i nënshkruar nga Rama, citonte: “Pasuria e paluajtshme me sipërfaqe prej 10,000 m2, e llojit “truall”, në zonën kadastrale 8561, me numër pasurie 1/911, në pronësi të Bashkisë Korçë ka kaluar në administrim të Ministrisë së Turizmit dhe Mjedisit (MTM) me VKM Nr. 301, datë 19.5.2021”.

Pra, në qershor të vitit të kaluar, u kompletua i gjithë cikli. Kompania, që drejtohej nga Agim Zeqo kishte përfituar statusin e investitorit strategjik, mori edhe tokën publike me qira “1 euro” dhe çdo gjë ishte gati për të nisur nga puna.

Rikthimi i Shtufit

Por, pas kompletimit të ciklit, e konkretisht në korrik të vitit 2025, në kompaninë investitore rikthehen sërish ortakët e larguar-Ilir Shtufi dhe Gerian Kuka.
