A speleological expedition to the "Sterra e Kujunxhiut" cave, within the Llogara National Park, has discovered a cavity about 70 meters deep, almost completely vertical.

According to the explorers, a large pile of stones was found at the end of the cave, which is suspected to have blocked the continuation of the gallery.

During the exploration, the presence of a large number of wild animal bones was also found, including wild boar, deer, wolf, fox and other species.

According to the expedition group, the discovery is expected to spur further exploration and studies, with the aim of determining whether the cave has a continuation, as well as documenting its natural and speleological values.
