Two days ago, the Court of Durrës decided in advance the security measures for the 6 accused of AMP.

The court ordered Kushtrim Selim and Metin Vogli from Shijak to be arrested.

Meanwhile, it is suspected that someone notified Selim in advance about the developments that would lead to his imprisonment and managed to leave for Kosovo.

With this action, Kushtrim Selimi has also broken the security measure for the first case for which he is under investigation, the creation of the portal that denigrated the leaders of the State Police according to the Top Channel journalist, Vali Qyrfyçi.

He had a ban on leaving the territory of Albania, but he broke it after traveling from Pristina to London on July 29.

After being informed that a security measure of "prison arrest" would be issued for him and Metin Vogli, the former head of AMP hastened to escape from the handcuffs.

A few months ago, it was reported by the Durrës police station that he made a construction without permission on the coast of Kallmi, one of the most beautiful areas near the city of Durrës.

Sources from the investigative group say that the first investigations showed that the construction was done by a Shijaku, but the examination of Regina's phone showed that Kushtrim Selimi had it and that the citizen's statements from Shijaku are suspected to be false.

The sources inform that it has been investigated and proven with statements and videos and sms on Regina Omer's phone, that the construction without permission belongs to Selim.

Even Vogli was able to escape from the handcuffs because at the time when his apartment was searched, he was not found in the apartment. It is not known whether he was also signaled in advance by Selimi to leave and escape the confrontation with the investigative group.

He is accused of actions that prevent the discovery of the truth by wanting to take over the construction without a permit and save from the investigations the police officer who has been declared wanted for the second time this year.

After surrendering to the police at the end of June, he was released, but with the obligation to appear and not leave the country.

- Personal security measure "Suspension from duty" against the police officer Edmond Plaku with the duty of Assistant Community Policing Specialist at the Durrës Police Station, suspected of committing the criminal offense of "Misuse of duty, committed in collaboration".
