The brother of two people who were brutally beaten by the Rraja tribe addressed a public question to the former MP Rrahman Rraja for what reason he abused his brothers.
He said that the explosions in the quarries are making their homes unlivable and that life in the village is boring because the police did not take measures.
"In this case, with the beating of the Maja brothers, I want to thank the media for helping us immensely. I have to appeal to the state, look at things in detail, do not give permission for money, give permission with criteria. Come see the state of the quarry. I'm bored of life these 6 months and I want to ask a question to Rrahman Rraja, who is from Nikla, why, my friend, why, oh man of the law, oh deputy of our area, for 2 liters of diesel so that the truck runs a little higher to open the quarry, you are destroying our houses and beating our brothers. The distance is very close, it can be approximately 150 m from the apartments. There are 150 houses here in the village, the quarry has been working for 6-7 months," the resident told "Euroneës Albania".
He also added that he has asked the former head of the police station of Fushë-Kruja to take measures regarding the quarry.
"I told him that blood will be spilled in that quarry, and this is where the blood was spilled and there will be no man to stop it," he said.
The resident said that he was threatened by the former head of the Fushë-Kruja police station.
"The former head of the Fushë-Kruja police station, because they told me that they changed him, put pressure on me. He told me that if you go to the quarry, you will go to prison, it is a criminal offense, you risk up to three years in prison. I was the fifth there myself. He didn't say anything about the complaints, he just said don't go to the quarry. I have not received an answer from the police," he said.
