A serious incident was recorded today, September 16, at around 09:00 in Tirana, where Sindi Allushi , son of Saimir Allushi, head of administrative unit 12, was seen raping an ordinary citizen on the street.

The reason for the conflict is not yet known, while the footage clearly shows the moment of aggression against the citizen, without any apparent provocation.

JOQ writes that: “ The son of the head of unit 12 Saimir Allushi hits his own citizens. The state is making fun of and even tearing up cars… ”

This is not the first time that Sindi Allushi 's name has been linked to violence.

On January 18 of this year, he attacked an officer of the Shqiponja forces on "Siri Kodra" street, after he had previously been stopped and escorted by the police for resisting a law enforcement officer. Even then, the incident was kept quiet and was not followed by an official announcement.
