Petrit Qoli , one of the defendants in the "Golden Bullet" case where he is accused of the murder of Ervis Dedja and his mother Fatmira Dedja , has exploded in harsh tones in the hearing held today at the GJKKO.
Regarding the debate over setting the hearing calendar, Petrit Qoli has exploded at the prosecutor of the Behar Dibra case, telling the latter that he was destroying him by keeping him in prison for a case in which he claims he had no hand.
He even ironically advised them not to feed shrimp to the repentant justice minister Nuredin Dumani , who recently ended up in the hospital due to poisoning.
"You are committing individual genocide through the injustice of justice. I have only one discomfort, a heart attack. You are destroying us. I am dying of shame, my honorable sister, you cannot break us. O prosecutor, you are killing me alive. I have family abroad, I have businesses, you are destroying me. I have two years in prison because of Dumani. Forgive me for our sake, but you are killing us. O prosecutor, don't give this guy (Nuredin Dumani) shrimp, he eats pasta at most," Qoli said, among other things.
The hearing for the "Golden Bullet" case was postponed to September 18, 10:00 am due to objections to the statements of the justice collaborators by the lawyers of the other defendants.
