The unknown encounter with two Albanians, a retired police officer and a priest

It has been 45 days since Yu Ting disappeared in the Artemis area, near Athens, and authorities continue their investigation without a concrete result. During this time, new evidence and information have emerged that are being carefully examined, but there is still no definitive lead leading to her whereabouts, Greek media write .

Of particular interest is the testimony of her sister in the “Live News” show of the “Mega” television station, who lives in China. Due to the distance, she did not have frequent communication with Yu Ting, however, as it became known, she turned to the media, since such practices are particularly widespread in the country.

According to what she allegedly told him, the missing person is located southwest of her home and is being held in an apartment, with no way to leave. This specific information has not been confirmed by authorities and is not part of the official investigation.

According to information, she met in Nice with a retired police officer, two Albanian citizens, a local and a priest. Initially, it was known that the meeting was about church property, however, according to the latest information, investigations are examining the possibility that the real topic of the meeting was different.

According to the same information, Yu Ting ultimately did not follow through with the cooperation that was proposed to her, with authorities investigating whether this specific meeting was related to her disappearance. Her husband categorically denies that Yu Ting returned to China voluntarily.

He claims that she did not take any clothes or personal belongings with her, that there were no movements in her bank accounts, and that she did not communicate with relatives or friends.

At the same time, he notes that his wife reacted completely normally before her disappearance and had given no sign that she planned to leave. According to the “Live News” program of the “Mega” television station, Yu Ting lent money to people in her professional environment, with the deals being made through private agreements and based on trust between the two parties.

Authorities are investigating whether any financial issues could be linked to the case. Her husband also rejects scenarios linking her to secret services or matters of military interest.

As he claims, Yu Ting was not involved in political, military or armament programs and, in his opinion, there was no reason for her to be involved in such cases.

The search for her remains continues, with authorities reviewing any available evidence and information that could lead to an investigation into her disappearance.

Sipas informacioneve të deritanishme, në orën 11:07 të mëngjesit të 20 majit, ajo i dërgoi dokumente bashkëshortit të saj. Disa minuta më vonë, në orën 11:16, ajo i dërgoi foto vjehrrës së saj, pa asnjë mesazh që i shoqëronte ato.

Kur vjehrra e pyeti me anë të mesazhit nëse ishte mirë, ajo u përgjigj: “Po, gjithçka është në rregull. Do të shkoj në punë.” Ajo dërgoi edhe fotot.

Vjehrra e saj u përpoq ta telefononte, por gruaja nuk iu përgjigj. Në orën 12:05, shoferi i autobusit të linjës 305 thuhet se është personi i fundit që e pa, në stacionin Nomismatokopio. Gjurma e fundit e telefonit të saj celular u regjistrua në orën 15:23 të po asaj dite, dhe pajisja u çaktivizua menjëherë më pas. Që atëherë, nuk ka pasur asnjë shenjë tjetër jete.

Kontrollet në shtëpinë e saj nuk zbuluan asnjë provë që ajo kishte vendosur të zhdukej vullnetarisht. Përkundrazi, sipas informacioneve, gjithçka tregonte se ajo kishte ndërmend të kthehej në shtëpinë e saj. Qepenat ishin të hapura, akuariumi mbeti i ndezur, ndërsa ajo e kishte lënë çajin mbi tavolinë, i cili kur u gjet tani ishte i mykur. Kjo provë përforcon vlerësimin se gruaja nuk kishte ndërmend të largohej nga shtëpia vullnetarisht.

Gruaja e zhdukur ishte aktive në sektorin e pasurive të paluajtshme, duke marrë kryesisht raste për investitorë të pasur kinezë. Në të njëjtën kohë, ajo ishte menaxhere e një kompanie karburantesh të lëngshme në zonën e Rentis. Sipas deklaratave, ajo po përballej me detyrime financiare në rritje dhe mosmarrëveshje financiare si me kompani ashtu edhe me individë.

Ajo kishte borxhe, të cilat – siç e kishte këshilluar kontabilisti i saj – duhej t’i shlyente. I njëjti kontabilist dëshmoi gjithashtu se gruaja e zhdukur kishte një partner, të cilin ajo nuk e kishte takuar kurrë personalisht. Në të njëjtën kohë, llogaritë e saj personale bankare ishin sekuestruar, por asnjë lëvizje nuk ishte regjistruar që nga zhdukja e saj.

Dëshmia e motrës së saj konsiderohet gjithashtu e rëndësishme. Siç deklaroi ajo, gruaja e zhdukur kishte lëshuar një leje pune në Shqipëri, të cilën e mori në mesin e prillit.

Qëllimi i saj ishte t’u paraqiste investitorëve kinezë parcela toke në Shqipëri, si pjesë e aktiviteteve profesionale që kishin filluar në prill.

Sipas informacionit që po shqyrtohet, gruaja kishte blerë një banesë që më parë ishte lidhur me një çështje mafioze. Autoritetet po shqyrtojnë nëse ky element i veçantë ka ndonjë lidhje me zhdukjen e saj. Megjithatë, bashkëshorti i saj, Vasilis Karavasilis, duke folur në emisionin “Society Hour Open” të emisionit OPEN, u shfaq kategorik se ata nuk kishin marrë kurrë kërcënime, duke pretenduar se nuk kishte arsye për shqetësim. “Ajo nuk është në rrezik nga kjo. Ne nuk kishim marrë kërcënime. Diçka e tillë nuk ndodh papritur”, tha ai.

On the day Yu Ting disappeared, she had around 200 euros in cash with her. She also had her passport, residence permit and driving license. Despite the fact that she had her personal documents with her, no subsequent use of them has been proven.

According to information, the missing woman avoided traveling by car, as she did not want to face problems with traffic and parking. For this reason, she often used the bus for her transportation.

Her disappearance was eventually reported by her husband's brother. As it turned out, her husband worked on a ship and, according to what he claimed, could not communicate with her due to working conditions. "I was on the ship and I could not talk. Starlink in China does not work and in the middle of the ocean there is no signal," he said.

According to her husband's testimony, on May 25, he tried to call her on her cell phone, but she did not answer. He said that due to his workload, they did not communicate every day, while there were periods when they could talk once a month. Five days later, he asked his brother to come to her house.

He rang the doorbell, discovered that the door was locked, saw that the house looked normal, and left without going inside.

On June 10, while he said tests were being conducted on the ship he was working on, he received a call from the missing woman's sister, who was concerned because they had not spoken since late April. A close friend of the woman also expressed concern, as she had also been unable to contact her.

Finally, on June 12, the husband sent his brother back to the house to open the apartment. He insisted that the infrequent communication between them was normal due to the nature of his work. He also argued that his wife's financial problems were not such as to justify fear or suspicion of anything serious.

Referring to his wife's professional activities, her husband explained that they did not maintain close relations with the Chinatown of Athens or Thessaloniki.

As she said, she helped Chinese people facing problems with residence permits, visas, debts, and procedures related to the "Golden Visa", by providing translation support and consultancy.

He also claimed that there is a presence of Chinese services in all capitals, however he did not turn to them for help, as he believed they had no relevant connection to the case.

Investigations also showed that after her disappearance there was no activity on her email accounts either. Her emails have remained inactive since the day she disappeared.

To date, no new evidence has led to her whereabouts, as authorities continue their investigations, examining all possible scenarios surrounding her disappearance.  (Newsbomb.gr)
