Postponed after 4 hours for the third time the preliminary session for the sterilization file.

At the request of Ilir Beqaj , the prosecutors read each line in the long material of the request for trial.

The next session was left on October 10 at 10:00 with 50 pages left to be read.

For the "Sterilization" file, Ilir Beqaj is accused of "abuse of duty", while he was left with the obligation to appear.

The issue of "Sterilization" has stalled in the preliminary hearing, due to the voluminous file, where the defense has requested that SPAK read each act in court, thus slowing down the process.

His former deputy Klodian Rrjepaj and businessman Ilir Rrapaj are in the cell, while security measures were set for the members of the bid evaluation commission. The defendants are accused of the concession worth 100 million euros.
