The Special Prosecutor's Office requested 6 years and 6 months of imprisonment for lawyer Alban Bengasi for participating in a structured criminal group and domestic violence against his wife. Due to the shortened trial, this sentence is converted to 4 years and 4 months of imprisonment.

According to SPAK, the lawyer ordered the violence against his ex-wife due to family conflicts. Everything was revealed after the confession of the associate of justice, Nuredin Dumani. He claims that Bengas has promised a payment of 120,000 euros for the physical elimination of his ex-wife.

The order was initially received by Festim Qoli, who then offered it to associate justice Nuredin Dumani, and then facilitated the meeting between lawyer Alban Bengasi and Nuredin Dumani.

SPAK announces that Nuredin Dumani is the person who followed the citizen Blerta Bengasi, to learn the itinerary of her movements and her daily life, while Eljo Bitri has the role of executor.
