Only two in five Albanians (39.7%) evaluate as positive the work of the Special Anti-Corruption Prosecution, known as SPAK. One in four Albanians (24.8%) see her work as negative.
Almost 70% of those who positively assess the SPAK, have voted for the SP in 2021.
Despite this, there are fewer socialists who evaluate the work of SPAK as positive, compared to a year ago.

Meanwhile, the number of Albanian citizens who see concrete positive results from justice reform has decreased.
Although the number of citizens who believe that the reform has progressed positively so far, when asked more specifically about the achievements so far, Albanians have expressed more pessimism than in the 2021 survey conducted by Barometer in Euronews Albania.
Fewer Albanians today think that the reform has cleared justice from the corrupt (55.2%), compared to a year ago (57.7%).

Fewer Albanians (38.9%) believe that justice reform has resulted in the conviction of corrupt politicians, compared to a year ago (45.1%).
The number of citizens who see positive results of justice reform against organized crime is lower this year (44%) compared to a year ago (50.6%).
The number of citizens who see more justice for ordinary citizens is also declining (35.9%) today, compared to a year ago (49.5%).
Three in five Albanians (60.9%) think that justice reform has not brought more independence of prosecutors and judges from politics.
The findings are from the Barometer survey in Euronews Albania, conducted by MBR and Data Centrum at the national level with 1000 face-to-face interviews in the family, on May 23 - June 4.
