Ilir Osmani, a citizen from Elbasan, lost his life a few days ago in Peja, Kosovo, after being hit by a vehicle.

The event, which was initially suspected as accidental, turns out to be an intentional murder. The show Uniko has followed this story and has fully explained the event.

In cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office of Peja, which is investigating the case, journalist Spartak Koka has filed evidence and testimony related to this event. The driver of the car that killed Ilir Osmani is Serxhio Osmani, 23 years old from Elbasan, grandson of Donika Jonuzi. Donika Jonuzi was Ilir Osman's roommate.

Cohabitation of the couple and the adopted child

Ilir Osmani and Donika Jonuzi from Elbasan lived together for 10 years. They were not officially celebrated with documents, but they lived with each other in the house of Ilir Osmani's mother in Elbasan.

4 years ago, they adopted a child. The child, whose biological father was Donika Jonuzi's brother, was adopted on the day of birth by Donika and her roommate Iliri.

The adoption process was done according to the law, but the son, Denisi, who is 4 years old today, was not officially registered with his parents, Ilir and Donika, because the couple was not registered with documents, but simply lived together.

In fact, Donika Jonuzi turns out to be married in France to a French citizen older than her. By divorcing him, he expects to benefit from half of the wealth of a property.

BEGGING, FROM ELBASAN TO PEJA, KOSOVO

The problems between the couple started last year. Donika Jonuzi often went to Peja in Kosovo, where she begged. The relatives of the deceased Ilir Osmani say that Donika was not in a difficult economic situation. She even had a car. But Donika went to beg in Peja because she earned a lot. And Iliri worked in trade in Elbasan.

DOUBTS ABOUT USING THE BOY IN BEGGING

A few days ago, Ilir Osmani had gone to Peja to meet Donika, who was there with her 4-year-old son, Denis. Ilir had created a lot of closeness with his adopted son, and as the family members show, Denis also looked for his adoptive father very much.

Iliri Osmani suspected that his co-habitant Donika could use his minor son for begging in Peja. That is why he had gone to get it. He was in Peja with his mother. The latter left there and returned to Elbasan 2 days before Iliri was fatally hit by a car.

VEHICLE MURDER

Ilir Osmani was hit to death in Peja by a Volkswagen Golf 5 driven by 23-year-old Serxhio Jonuzi, grandson of Donika Jonuzi.

Initially, it was suspected to be an accident, but the Prosecutor's Office and Peja Police, analyzing security cameras and eyewitness testimonies, found that the car changed lanes and entered the pavement, hitting Ilir Osmani to death.

At the time of the collision, according to the investigators, it turns out that the driver increased the speed and there were no signs of braking. So we are dealing with premeditated murder. Sergio Jonuzi was arrested by the authorities of Peja in Kosovo.

SUSPICION OF THE ORGANIZATION OF THE MURDER BY DONIKA JONUZI

When Ilir Osmani was in Peja together with his mother, Donika Jonuzi told the co-habitant's mother to return to Elbasan, that Iliri would also return in two days.

And actually it happened. But Iliri came back dead. Ilir's family members say that Donika is the "big fish and the organizer" of Ilir Osman's murder. According to them, but also according to the suspicions of the investigation group of the Prosecutor's Office of Peja, Donika had ordered her grandson to hit Ilir Osmani with a car in order to keep 4-year-old Denis alone in order to use him for begging in Peja.

This is because Iliri was against it and did not want the boy to be taken out for begging. On the other hand, Donika considered begging as a business in Peja and benefited from considerable sums.
