For several weeks, thousands of Albanian citizens have not received the packages they ordered with the international company AliEkspress.

Although the citizens have made the online payment for their order, the package has not arrived because the private postal companies in the country have not delivered it.

Until two months ago, the postal service for orders from " Ali Ekspress" was only provided by the " Albanian Post ", which now, as Posta itself says, no longer offers this service as it has been taken over by private operators.

It is about the company  Albania Courier  and  Ultra CEP, which are now offering the package delivery service to citizens who have bought on the Ali Express platform.

Albanian Courier explains to Report TV that there is only a small amount of packages it has not distributed due to incorrect data of the customers/citizens.

"Albanian Courier currently has no AliExpress shipments that have created or are creating delays, except for a very small amount that remained undelivered due to problems with wrong addresses or contacts by customers when they placed their online orders and that is being clarified for accurate information", replies the administrator company of Albanian Courier.

Report TV also inquired about this issue with the Customs Directorate, which says that there are no parcels cleared by Ali Express, but the problematic situation with delays is happening because the transport service is moving from Albania Courier to other Ultra CEP post offices.

The administrator of the Albanian Courier post himself, Geri Piranjani , in response to Report TV, shifts the blame to other operators in the market, including the Albanian Post, which according to him has contracted AliExpress.

"The current delays are a result of AliExpres using other private postal operators. As far as we know, Albanian Post continues to receive orders from AliExpress. We do not have concrete information on how to proceed further, as this is the decision of the E-Commerce trader himself", the answer continues.

When asked if they currently have a contract with Ali Express for the parcel delivery service, Piranjani says that "Albanian Courier is one of the main operators selected by AliExpress".

With the other company Ultra CEP, which has also recently started distributing packages coming from abroad, but no one answers, making it impossible to inform the citizens, and leaving no access for customers, who are waiting to withdraw the products I bought it

Likewise, private post offices, unlike Albanian Post, do not notify customers with a message that their package has arrived, leaving them waiting indefinitely.

In the meantime, citizens have also expressed complaints about the tracking of orders, since the codes of orders placed on Ali Express do not appear on the mail page.

"This proves that these shipments have not arrived in Albania to be distributed by the Albanian Courier post. If the customer's shipment code does not appear on the Albanian Courier website, then this shipment has been brought to be delivered either by the Albanian post office or by another private postal operator, Ultra post, etc., says the Albanian Courier administrator.

In the conditions where the post offices declare their innocence and pass the responsibility to the competitors, the citizens who have spent the money on these orders do not have an answer if they will receive and when they will receive the purchased products.
