Nothing is over for Klea Prenga.

Although the two sisters Antonela and Mariela Berisha are in lighter security measures than that "prison arrest", the model from Mirdita demands justice.

This time, he addressed a public appeal to the judge of the case, Migena Laska, for whom it seems that he has started research. 

In a reaction on Instagram, Klea Prenga accuses the judge of the case of having rejected the evidence of the attack against her.

"It is unacceptable and shameful that the judge in my case dismissed all evidence of the brutal attack on me, including the video of the horrific attack. Furthermore, my lawyer was not allowed to fully represent my interests during the court hearing. The two criminals who should have been behind bars are free with a ridiculous sentence because of the corruption that has already gripped our justice system. This decision is an insult to justice and to all those who seek protection from the law. I will never be silent in the face of this injustice! Surprisingly, the name of this judge also results in other scandals. How much was your mercy Mrs. Migena Laska worth? We cannot ignore the camera recordings where it is clear how the criminals come with the intention of attacking me, a brutal attack that could have ended in the loss of my life," writes Klea Prenga.

Prenga lists as another piece of evidence the threatening message he received from Mariela Berisha, who wrote to him:  You have a gift from me !

Once again, she brought back the photos of the glasses that the doctors removed from her face and the wounds that remained from the attack, stressing that she will not give up until justice is served. 

"This is a pure scandal and I will not remain silent! The Albanian state must take appropriate measures against this corruption and injustice. Justice cannot become a victim of threats and manipulations," she wrote, among other things.

While her calls for justice have also been joined by her sister.

I turn to Judge Migena Laska with an urgent and clear call: Justice must be done for my case! I experienced a brutal attack that caused me great physical and psychological damage. I will not allow this case to be neglected or dragged on any longer. How can such an easy decision be made and an accomplice in crime, who is clearly seen in the video taking the glass and trying to hit me, be forced to appear, after her sister attacked me with a glass.

The fact that these violent acts are clearly documented and there is no room for interpretation makes the court's decision a travesty of justice. Criminals with children and criminal records, like Mariela and Antonela Berishaj, cannot hide behind their family status to avoid responsibility for their crimes. The fact that he has children does not make him less dangerous, on the contrary, they have clearly shown with their violent actions and criminal records in Italy that they are a threat to society. Is it allowed that abusers are released just because they have children?

If justice fails in this case, you are telling me that self-judgment is the only option. I ask you to take appropriate measures to punish those responsible for this heinous act. Local and international organizations are informed about my case, and if my country fails to bring justice, the situation will escalate at the international level. I have a right to protect myself from criminals, and your failure to act will be a major failure of the justice system. 

I will continue to seek justice by any legal means until those responsible face the consequences of their actions. Justice is not only a right, but also an obligation that the state must fulfill for all its citizens. I will not stop until it is ensured that this case receives the proper treatment .

The serious incident allegedly happened after the Berisha sisters accused Klea Prenga of having interfered in Mariela's marital relationship with the businessman Mir Pepa.

After discovering that he had gone to eat dinner in one of the capital's restaurants, they wrote and physically assaulted him, and then escaped.

They caused the greatest damage with a glass, leaving serious wounds on his face.

Meanwhile, the Police had declared the Berisha sisters wanted and for months their location was unknown, but there were reports that they were in Dubai.

But today, none of the Berisha sisters who raped Klea Prenga are behind bars!

Two days after they surrendered to the State Police, the Court decided to change the security measure for Mariela Berisha, from "prison arrest" to "house arrest", since she has a small child who needs mother's care. Antonela Berisha was left with the measure "obligation to appear".
