The court hearing for the former head of the Albanian Anti-Corruption Agency (ARRSH), Evis Berber, has been postponed to February 9.
Evis Berberi, one of Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku's subordinates, was arrested on March 14, 2024, on charges of corruption and money laundering.
Balluku is also accused by SPAK, while the prosecution has also requested her suspension from duty and then her arrest.
According to SPAK, Berberi is involved in corruption cases involving 8 tenders worth millions of euros.
