The Judge's Residence

An explosion with explosives was recorded in the early hours of this morning in a residence in the city of Shkodra.

The incident happened around 03:00.

Sources indicate that the apartment where the explosive device was placed belongs to judge Tonin Sterkaj, according to Report Tv.  

Sterkaj is a judge at the Court of First Instance of the Shkodra General Jurisdiction.
