The court announces with a public announcement the owner of Megatek, Dionis
Dionis Teqja

The owner of Megatek, Dionis Teqja, has been notified by public notice for more than three weeks by the Albanian justice system, namely the Court of Tirana. It is learned that the reason for the announcement of the businessman's notice was his inability to sign the summons.

According to the court's argument, obtained by Weblajm, his failure to appear at the hearing and the impossibility of notification by mail have forced the court to make a public announcement. Teqja has been sued by one of his partners in the postal company TNT Express Albania” sh.p.k.

According to official data, the civil case bears the number 1234 and is dated December 10, 2025. The plaintiff is Thanas Hyseni, while the defendants are Ferdinand Haxhiaj, Dionis Teqja, the company “RADMAIL” sh.p.k. and “T.N.T Express Albania” sh.p.k. The National Business Center is also included as a third party in the process. The subject of the lawsuit is related to the invalidity of a decision of the assembly and the request for lawsuit insurance.

The plaintiff shareholder, who owns a minority share of the postal company, claims that actions have been taken in violation of the company’s statute and has requested the court’s intervention to suspend the effects of the decisions taken, until the final review of the case.

The next court hearing is scheduled for February 13, 2026, at 13.00, where Dionis Teqja is expected to appear or be legally represented. Otherwise, the process will continue even in his absence, as the notification is considered valid according to the law.

Article 133 of the Code of Civil Procedure clearly provides that, when the residence or place of residence of a person is not known and the notification cannot be carried out by ordinary means, the court has the right to use public announcement. After posting for a period of not less than 20 days, the party is considered legally notified, regardless of whether he appears or not./ Weblajm
