Violated equality in two tenders for oil, the former vice-president of
Granite Ghana

The former deputy mayor of Kukës, Granit Gjana , has been officially charged by SPAK for violating equality in tenders. The investigators have discovered that Gjana has committed this criminal offense on two occasions.

One of the tenders is related to a report on May 22 by Florian Cungu .

The latter is the administrator of the company that lost tenders worth 21 million ALL, as the Kukë Municipality did not provide the documents.

SPAK says that Ghana has prevented the competitor " Ufo Cengu " sh.pk, unfairly, by not issuing the municipal document, the absence of which brought disqualification from the two fuel tender procedures.
