A 36-year-old man was injured with a knife after a conflict with another person this evening in Pogradec.

Police say that the injured person is a citizen with the initials MT, 36 years old, who has been taken to hospital for treatment, while efforts are underway to apprehend the perpetrator, citizen LO.

Police announcement:

In neighborhood no. 3, at around 8:20 p.m., during a physical conflict, citizen L. O. is suspected of having injured citizen MT, 36 years old, with a cutting tool, who was taken to the hospital for medical assistance.

Police services continue checks to capture citizen LO

The investigative group under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office is working to clarify the circumstances and legally document the case.
