The Court of Vlora, by order of the Prosecutor's Office, has decided the property security measure "Preventive Sequestration", for a total area of ​​6000 m², located in the area of ​​Livadh, Himarë in the Vlorë District.

According to the announcement, the value of the seized property, according to calculations based on market prices, is 1,800,000 euros.

The property was registered with forged documents in the name of the citizen Kristo Gjoka, who has been arrested on charges of the criminal offenses "Forgery of documents" and "Cleaning of the proceeds of a criminal offense" for the attempted acquisition of the area worth about 1.8 million euros.

"From the investigative documents, it is proven that the suspect citizen K. Gj., a resident of Himarë, has forged ownership documents, AMTP, form no. 6, as well as the entire practice issued by the Vlora District Council, DAMT. The citizen K. Gj. first presented the falsified documents to the Himar Municipality, the Directorate of Management of Forest Lands and Pastures, where he requested the registration of the plot called "Apelistra", with an area of ​​6000 m2. it is stated in the notification of the Prosecutor's Office.

Statement of the Prosecutor's Office of Vlora:

At the request of the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Vlora, the Court of First Instance of Vlora ordered the property insurance measure "Preventive Sequestration", for a total area of ​​6000 m², located in the area of ​​Livadh, Himarë in the Vlora District.

The value of the seized property, according to calculations based on market prices, reaches the figure of 1,800,000 euros.

The Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Vlorë on 07.09.2021 registered criminal proceedings with no. 1300, for the criminal offenses "Misuse of duty", "Forgery of documents" and "Cleaning of the proceeds of a criminal offense or criminal activity", provided from articles 248, 186 and 287 of the Penal Code.

Nga hetimi rezultoi se pasuria e regjistruar pranë Agjencisë Shtetërore të Kadastrës Vlorë (ASHK), në nenin hipotekor 235, datë 01.09.2020, ZK.1952, Himarë, është regjistruar me dokumente të falsifikuara në emër të shtetasit K. Gj.

Gjatë hetimeve të kryera deri në këtë fazë të hetimit, mbi bazën e akteve të administruara si dhe aktit të ekspertimit tekniko-grafik të kryer nga ana e Institutit të Policisë Shkencore Tiranë, ka rezultuar e provuar se dokumentacioni i kësaj praktike që bën fjalë për pasuri të regjistruar në zonën e Livadhit Himarë, ka rezultuar i falsifikuar.

Nga aktet hetimore, provohet se i dyshuari shtetasi K. Gj., banues në Himarë, ka falsifikuar dokumentet e pronësisë, AMTP-në, formularin nr.6, si dhe gjithë praktikën e dalë nga Këshilli i Qarkut Vlorë, DAMT-ja. Shtetasi K. Gj., dokumentet e falsifikuara i ka paraqitur fillimisht pranë Bashkisë Himarë, Drejtorisë të Manaxhimit të Tokave Pyjeve dhe Kullotave ku ka kërkuar regjistrimin e ngastrës te quajtur “Apelistra”, me sipërfaqe 6000m2.

Mbi bazën e akteve të administruara deri më tani, nga ana e Prokurorisë pranë Gjykatës së Shkallës së Parë Vlorë, është paraqitur pranë Gjykatës së Rrethit Gjyqësor Vlorë, kërkesa për caktimin e masës së sigurimit personal shtrënguese, “Arrest në burg”, parashikuar nga neni 238 i K.Pr.Penale, për shtetasin K.Gj.

With decision no. 448 dated 22/10/2022, the Court of the Judicial District of Vlorë has accepted the request submitted by the Prosecution to the Court of First Instance of Vlorë, according to the above object. Likewise, in the function of this criminal proceeding, it has been requested from the Court of First Instance of Vlora, the determination of the property insurance measure "Preventive Sequestration", related to mortgage article 235, dated 01.09.2020, ZK.1952, Himarë with one surface total of 6000 m², located in the area of ​​Livadh, Himarë in the Vlora District.

With the decision no. 449 dated 22/10/2022, the Court of the Judicial District of Vlora, has accepted the request submitted by the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of Vlora, establishing the measure of property insurance of preventive seizure for the property cited in the request submitted by the Vlora Prosecutor's Office.'
