The Special Anti-Corruption Prosecution Office issued its final conclusions today, January 15, for Altin Hajri, requesting life imprisonment for him.
Hajri is accused of the kidnapping and disappearance of Jan Prenga in January 2020.
Jan Prenga was kidnapped on January 17, 2020 in Kamëz, as part of a criminal conflict over 260 kg of cocaine lost in England, in which his brother was allegedly involved.
He was taken to the "Golden Resort" in Shijak, where he is believed to have been killed and his body subsequently disappeared.
According to the investigations, Dritan Rexhepi and Altin Hajri are two of the key figures suspected of organizing Prenga's kidnapping and disappearance, while security footage and communications on encrypted applications are part of the prosecution's key evidence.
