Full statement from the National Cyber ??Security Authority:
According to the official report of the international platform “Cloudflare”, on November 18, 2025, an incident with global impact occurred that caused significant disruption of the company's services, including the global Edge network, APIs and several other critical components of the platform. The problem began around 12:48 and was caused by an internal problem that directly affected the availability of services.
The impact was also reflected in our country, where some institutions and sectors had difficulty accessing websites and digital services. At around 15:42, Cloudflare reported that this problem is temporary and that the company is working to return all services to normal.
Regarding the above, the National Cyber ??Security Authority (AKSK) recommends increased vigilance for users who have services on this platform, as well as conducting continuous checks on their availability.
It is also recommended to identify the affected services for any issues after the outage. Furthermore, ensuring mechanisms that allow at least basic functionality and in the event that the services provided by Cloudflare are not active would reduce the risk of being affected by this outage.
AKSK remains committed to ensuring the security of information infrastructures in the country and to informing the public in real time about any potential risks.
