Academic Rexhep Qosja has said that Kosovo cannot be healed without dismissing corrupt prosecutors and judges.
In a Facebook post , Qosja accused prosecutors and judges of forming a judicial dictatorship and defending systemic corruption.
" If you don't fire and punish corrupt prosecutors and judges, you CANNOT HEAL Kosovo. They have formed a cartel ( a JUDICIAL DICTATORSHIP ) and are defending the systemic corruption that brought them to their positions ," Qosja wrote.
