Police have handcuffed the member of Delta Force in Vlora, Lisjan Myrtaj, who is suspected to be the perpetrator of the event that took place on Friday afternoon, where he was shot with a gun in the direction of a car.

On 29.04.2022, around 18:55, in the neighborhood "10 Korriku", after a conflict for weak motives, it is suspected that the police officer, Inspector LM, fired a pistol (personal work weapon) at citizen JT, who has been driving a Benz vehicle.

No one was injured in the shooting, while the citizen Juxhin Tole (Aliaj) left the scene, abandoning the vehicle.

Immediately after being informed from the operating room, by the officers of the Judicial Police of the Regional Directorate of AMP Vlora, under the direction of the ready prosecutor, an investigative group was created, which carried out procedural investigative actions at the scene, where they were seized;

The police officer, Inspector Lisjan Myrtaj, was arrested in flagrante delicto and the procedural materials were referred to the Vlora Judicial District Prosecutor's Office for committing the criminal offense "Attempted Murder", provided by Articles 76 and 22 of the Criminal Code. reports the police.
