Nelson Mema is the person who terrorized the city of Shkodër last evening with gunshots. 

The police of Shkodra are after the author, who left in an unknown direction.

Mema, last evening in the "Xhabie" neighborhood, while driving a vehicle, fired a firearm and left. According to the sources, Mema shot at a local owner in the "Xhabej" neighborhood, but luckily it was only an attempt. No one was injured in the shooting.

The police are continuing the investigation into this incident.
