Italian media have revealed further details of the murder of 25-year-old Albanian Kevin Muharremi, who was shot while in his car in Montecalvoli di Santa Maria a Monte, in the province of Pisa.

The incident occurred around 5:00 a.m. on Via della Repubblica, in the city center.

According to initial investigations, the 25-year-old was returning home from a night at a nightclub in Valdera where an altercation occurred.

He was with a friend and a cousin when he was shot. The 25-year-old was in the passenger seat when he was shot by gunfire from another vehicle.

According to Italian media, the crime appears to have been caused by a fight the young man had in a bar.

It is also not ruled out that the person who shot and the 25-year-old knew each other.

The young Albanian worked at a car wash in Fucecchio.

Residents heard at least three gunshots and then shouted:

“They killed Kevin, they killed Kevin.”

The crime occurred in front of a shepherd.
