An execution in the middle of the road, while the country was still asleep, took place in Italy .

A 25-year-old man's night ended in blood after he was shot while sitting in the passenger seat of a vehicle on via della Repubblica, in Montecalvoli.

The incident occurred around five o'clock this morning, Saturday, February 14, when residents of the area were awakened by the sound of gunfire.

The victim is Kevin Muharremi , 25 years old, a resident of Fucecchio, of Albanian origin.

According to the first reconstruction of the event, the young man was returning from an evening spent at a bar in the Valdera area.

It is suspected that an argument had taken place earlier, which is being verified by investigators and may be related to the assassination.

Muharrem was traveling with a friend.

Sitting in the passenger seat, he was hit by bullets fired from another vehicle that approached him in parallel, then sped away immediately after the shooting.

The dynamics of the event hint at a well-organized and deliberate attack.

The intervention of the carabinieri and the 118 emergency medical team was immediate, but there was nothing that could be done for the 25-year-old.

The area in front of a neighborhood bar was cordoned off with security tape to allow for technical examinations and the collection of possible evidence.

Investigators are reconstructing the last hours of the young man's life, analyzing evidence and footage from security cameras in the area.

No trail is ruled out, as the community of Montecalvoli wakes up shaken by a crime that brings attention back to a sudden and brutal violence, consumed in the silence of dawn./ Taken from  FanPage
