New details have been revealed from the incident reported in Divjak four days ago, where 33-year-old Arianit Arapi was arrested, after being accused of sexually abusing a 14-year-old girl.

In an interview with the media, the boy's parents stated that the boy was married to this girl and did not have sex without her consent. According to the boy's mother, they got married 10 months ago, despite the girl's parents' disapproval.

According to the lawyer Alban Duraj , we are dealing with an inappropriate arrest since the law does not provide for a criminal offense if the sexual relations were with the minor's desire. The lawyer says that Arianit Arapi should be declared innocent.
