Two State Police employees are performing service in Florence, alongside their Italian Police colleagues, as part of the international cooperation program for security during the summer season.

The Director of the Florence Provincial Police, Fausto Lamparelli, received and welcomed the 2 Albanian State Police officers, who for several days have been performing service together with the Florence Police patrols in the squares and streets of the historic center of the city, on the tram line, as well as during public order services that take place in the city of Florence.

For several years, thanks to a joint agreement, joint services have been conducted in Italy and Albania during the summer season, with police officers from both countries, with the aim of guaranteeing public safety and a coordinated response to any potential threat to order and security.
