As the tourist season approaches, the number of illegal constructions along the coastline has increased, mainly from Vlora to Ksamil.

Such was the case of a 50-year-old from Saranda, who had received permission for activity in the cave paja in Lukovë, but had violated the permit by building another four wooden structures.

Police say they have been freely prosecuting him.

"Specialists for The Investigation of The Crime of himara Police Commissioner referred the materials to the Prosecution Office, where the proceedings began in a free state for citizen A.B., 50 years old, resident in Saranda, after at the place called "The Beach of the Cave", Lukovë, had started construction of 4 wooden structures, in excess of the permit received" reports the Himara police.

The procedurale materials were passed to the prosecutors, for further action.
