Former Health Minister Ilir Beqaj is in prison in the premises of a detention in Tirana. Beqaj in September 2020 was appointed by Edi Rama as Political Leader in the Region of Kumanoce. After taking up the post Beqaj in the first days of September decided to convene in an official meeting some of the SP representatives in Shkodra, including the Ps Mayors in the district of Kumanoslava in order to make his presentation.

Meanwhile, several conversations have been published where this meeting appears to have been discussed in the "SKY" app by Behar Bajri and Dove Gjoka. The latter are two people already arrested by SPAK on serious charges such as murder, "Provision of conditions to commit murder", "Cleaning of the products of criminal offense", "Structured criminal group", "Active corruption" and "Organization without permission of gambling".

"Ora News" has learned that the crime duo in Shkodra, Dove Gjoka and Behar Bajri, have exchanged many conversations with each other about Ilir Beqaj and other senior officials of the Socialist Party, where apparently and from the content of communications their grasp to the officials of Shkodra and sp of this district, was crucial.

Beqaj was directed by them, even sp structures in this district received orders from Behar Bajri and Dove Gjoka, who the orders and directives were followed through the SP deputy in Kumanovo, Luan Harusha. The content of the conversations held on September 26, 2020, it is understood that on Wednesday, which coincided with September 30, 2020 Ilir Beqaj, the newly appointed political leader had called a large meeting with sp structures in this district.

The meeting is also known as The Dove Gjoka along with Behar Bajrin. On September 26, 2020 Dove Gjoka writes to Behar Bajri on Sky saying: "... Talk to The Lion that it's interesting... I have to say it, and I don't need kan. O brother, talk to Lion that it's interesting. Have you talked to them? Not that it's a problem, but it's ruining."

And then, bee responded: When I... him..."

But then Gjoka again wrote to Behar, saying, "Tell them not to go... Don't go to meetings without us being told. He met With The Sun on Wednesday. I'm going to meet the leaders of the parties with him, but let's call him and talk to him. Tell them not to go to meetings. Call people and tell them who told you to meet? I'll come tomorrow and talk to you..."

Behar responds briefly with "... Ok ok..." But again Dove Gjoka writes to Behar Bajri that when he met the MP of the SP in Shkodra Luan Harusha, you: "... He shouted loudly that he was gonna leave us bypassing us..." And Then, he returns to "Aaaa" again.

These conversations and many others that are in the "SKY" app show the protagonism, the influence of the two exponents of crime in Shkodra over some elements and political leaders of the SP in this district.
