A 41-year-old man was arrested by the police in Kamez after he was declared internationally wanted by Italy for participating in a criminal organization and drug trafficking.

Pëllumb Suçi, a resident of Kamez, has been taken into custody. For him, the Perugia court in 2023 has set the measure of imprisonment for the criminal offense "Participation in a structured criminal group with the aim of drug trafficking", provided by the Italian Criminal Code.

In 2022, the 41-year-old, in collaboration with several other people, created a criminal group with the aim of trafficking and then selling cocaine in different quantities.

Meanwhile, the procedures for his extradition to Italy have started.
