Two people have been arrested by order of SPAK, as they are suspected of being part of the structured criminal group led by Jetmir Kastrati, also known as Sokol Krasniçi.

The Special Prosecutor's Office announces that the citizens of KD and AM have been arrested, who are suspected of having trafficked, stored, processed and distributed significant quantities of cocaine and marijuana narcotics during 2018-2019, operating mainly in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Belgium , Holland and Germany.

Jetmir Kastrati's group is accused of a series of serious criminal offenses, such as trafficking in large quantities of cocaine and cannabis, as well as money laundering.

Behind bars as part of this group are Defrim Beck (Elbasani), Armando Doçaj, Eri Pelinku, Ervin Pelinku, Nikardo Preka, Kejdi Beqiri, Fatjon Elbasani, Murat Lipovica, Hasan Murati, Shkëlzen Murati and Ylber Troci, who have been sentenced to imprisonment by the Court of Copenhagen and the trial is currently continuing in the Court of Appeal.

The Special Prosecutor's Office Against Corruption and Organized Crime has registered criminal proceedings No. 49 dated 27.03.2023 for the criminal offenses of "Trafficking in narcotics", carried out in cooperation in the form of a structured criminal group, "Cleaning of the products of the criminal offense or activity criminal", "Structured criminal group", "Commitment of criminal offenses by criminal organization and structured criminal group", provided by articles 283/a, 28/4, 287, 333/a and 334 of the Criminal Code.

This criminal proceeding was registered after a close cooperation with the justice authorities of the Kingdom of Denmark.

After the request submitted by the Special Prosecutor's Office, the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime, with decision no. 76, dated 28.06.2023, decided the personal security measures "arrest in prison", provided by article 238 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, for citizens under investigation by the Criminal Code and the Ministry of Justice, suspected of committing criminal offenses of "Trafficking in narcotics", carried out in cooperation in the form of a structured criminal group, "Structured criminal group", "Commitment of crimes criminal by criminal organization and structured criminal group", provided by articles 283/a, 28/4, 333/a and 334 of the Criminal Code.

Më datë 03.07.2023 nga Shërbimet e Policisë Gjyqësore të Drejtorisë së Përgjithshme të Policisë Shtetit është bërë i mundur ekzekutimi i masave të sigurimit personal, duke u arrestuar shtetasit nën hetim K.D dhe A.M.

Personat e arrestuar aktualisht në Shqipëri, në kuadër të proçedimit penal nr.49 të vitit 2023, dyshohen se janë pjestarë të një grupi të strukturuar kriminal, të cilët në kuadër të hetimeve të kryera në Danimarkë në lidhje me “Operacionin Goldfinger” dhe të zhvilluar gjatë viteve 2018-2019, dyshoheshin se kanë trafikuar, ruajtur, përpunuar dhe shpërndarë sasi të konsiderueshme lëndësh narkotike kokainë dhe mariuhanë, duke vepruar kryesisht në Danimarkë , Suedi, Norvegji, Belgjikë, Hollandë dhe Gjermani.

Në kuadër të këtij grupi të strukturuar kriminal , në Danimarkë janë arrestuar, dërguar për gjykim dhe dënuar nga Gjykata e Kopenhagen anëtarët kryesorë të grupit të strukturuar kriminal midis të tjerësh shtetasit shqiptarë Jetmir Kastrati (alias Sokol Krasnici), Defrim Beck (Elbasani), Armando Doçaj, Eri Pelinku, Ervin Pelinku, Nikardo Preka, Kejdi Beqiri, Fatjon Elbasani, Murat Lipovica, Hasan Murati, Shkëlzen Murati dhe Ylber Troci, të cilët janë dënuar me burgim nga Gjykata e Kopenhagen dhe aktualisht po vazhdon gjykimi në Gjykatën e Apelit.

Si drejtues i grupit të strukturuar kriminal nga autoritetet daneze të drejtësisë është konsideruar shtetasi Jetmir Kastrati (alias Sokol Krasniçi).

Ndërkohë në Shqipëri në kuadër të hetimeve paraprake të zhvilluar ndaj anëtarëve të tjerë të këtij grupi të strukturuar kriminal, në lidhje me proçedime të tjera penale të regjistruar në Prokurorinë e Posaçme Kundër Korrupsionit dhe Krimit të Organizuar, rezulton se janë dënuar me burgim për veprat penale penale “Pastrimi i produkteve të veprës penale ose veprimtarisë kriminale”, kryer në bashkëpunim, në formën e posaçme, atë të grupit të strukturuar kriminal, “Grup i strukturuar kriminal”, si dhe “Kryerja e veprave penale nga organizata kriminale dhe grupi i strukturuar kriminal”, parashikuar nga nenet 287, pika 1, gërmat “a”, “b” dhe “d” e 28/4, 333/a dhe 334/1 të Kodit Penal shtetasit Jetmir Kastrati (alias Sokol Krasniçi), Astrit Beqiri dhe Dhimitër Shkodrani.

Currently, preliminary investigations related to criminal proceedings no. 49 of 2023 are being carried out by investigators of the National Bureau of Investigation, in cooperation with officers of the Judicial Police Services in the General Directorate of the State Police, under the direction of the Special Prosecutors.
