Five years after the imposition of preventive seizure on an apartment on Durrës Beach, the Special Court has still not begun examining the case.

According to the family members of the person against whom the property investigation was launched, they can no longer use the apartment, while they claim, illustrating it with film footage, that it is being rented out to foreign tourists.

The story begins in December 2020, when Operation Force of Law asked Elton (Isa) Feriz to verify the source of assets.

Convicted in 2011 for " Production and possession of narcotics ", a property investigation was conducted against him, while in 2021 the only apartment (65.4 m2) owned by his sister, Suada Ferizi , was seized .

The parents, who live in Italy, say that the apartment was purchased with their savings and was used whenever they returned to Albania.

They claim that for the last two years it has been used as a vacation home and rented out daily, even though it is their property.

Family members say it all started about 15 years ago, when Shpresa reported her son for drug addiction and violence against her. After this report, he was sentenced to 3 years and 4 months in prison.
