The members of the High Prosecution Council once again raised their voices with each other. The point they did not agree on was the transfer without consent of eight prosecutors from other districts to Tirana and Elbasan.

Sokol Stojani declares that both prosecutions are in an emergency and are waiting for a solution from the KLP.

But other members objected to the request, saying they needed time to familiarize themselves with career committee relations.

Tirana's prosecutor's office lacks 39 prosecutors, while Elbasan's lacks 12. But it also remains a fact that these two prosecutors are the most targeted by prosecutors.

The council removed this issue from the agenda.

Currently, vetting has caused 121 vacancies in the prosecutor's office and 165 in the judiciary

The Pole of Justice has intervened several times to minimize vacancies in the system, mainly through the School of Magistrates. However, the vacancies have resulted in stock in the investigation files and especially the court files.

Recently, the KLJ issued a call for the recruitment of officials who will reduce the stock in two other courts, the court of administrative appeal and the general appeal in Tirana.

This is according to a scheme applied to the Supreme Court that was supported by the Americans.
