"Without the footage from the scene", the forensics expert: Questions

The friends of the journalist Kastriot Myftaraj have expressed doubts about his death, holding different positions about his personality and the actions he may or may not have done.

Based on these doubts, criminalistics expert Ervin Karamuço declares that in order to clarify this event, the answers to some questions are needed. He asks 21 questions, stressing that the disclosure of the event depends precisely on their answers.

Ndriçim Kulla, Kastriot Frashëri and Alfred Çako earlier expressed doubts about the analyst's death, which was considered suicide by the police.

FULL POST
Because of the work I do, well-wishers seeking a scientific answer to what happened to the late Myftaraj sent me uncensored film footage of the scene and his apartment. I was not in a hurry to give thoughts or opinions, since the criminalistic manuals that unravel such events require a lot of combined investigative actions in advance. These actions involve mainly two disciplines that help to clarify the event, which are forensic medicine and criminology. Likewise, in the investigative actions, concrete experiments are also carried out that are very important for specifying the stable version and other elements for an exhaustive analysis. In addition to the 6 golden investigative questions that are commonly implemented with genuine operating strategies,

1. Was the entrance of the palace or the surrounding areas monitored by cameras?
2. Was it easy to open the apartment door and is there damage to its lock?
3. Are there fingerprints on the exterior door, interior furnishings and on the place where the victim was thrown, that do not belong to family members or ordinary visitors?
4. Is there external damage to the corpse unrelated to the impact of the crash?
5. Is there damage to the victim's belongings from a possible fight in the apartment?
6. Are there irregularities and unusual displacement of furniture in the apartment?
7. Have you heard unusual noises from the neighbors?
8. Are pharmacological therapies, especially psychotropics, found in the apartment?
9. Was the victim conscious at the time of death?

10. Was the victim's mother able to hear and see clearly because of her age?
11. What was the routine of the victim's movement and meetings that day?
12. What were his cell phone communications and locations that day?
13. What was the epicrisis and psychological assessments of the victim for health issues that were being treated?
14. Was there a lack of a computer, laptop or other materials found in the apartment after the event?
15. Were there threats reported, confessed or intercepted of the victim by other people?
16. Was the victim under surveillance in his movements by other persons or by law enforcement institutions?
17. Did the victim leave any writing or farewell message in the apartment?
18. Has the victim ever expressed fear of possible assassinations against him or dangers that could come from specific characters?
20. Could the suicide be accomplished by the size of the victim and the space of the apartment from which he jumped?
21. Is there contamination of the apartment by people who immediately entered the apartment to contact the victim's mother and were their tracks recorded?

If the authorities provide quick answers to the above questions, we think we are well on our way to clarifying this event in a definitive and exhaustive way.
