"Oncology" / Lawyers demand that the GJKKO declares incompetancy, the court is withdrawn for the decision

More than an hour of sessions in the GJKKO for oncology hospital doctors.

The lawyers have requested at the hearing to declare non-competent power, so that the dossier will be passed back to the Tirana prosecutor's office.

If this request is not accepted by the trial body, the six persons under investigation seek a more gentle security measure.

The request was made by the doctor Alketa Pere, doctor Edmond Gashi, pharmacist Florian Marku, coordinator Emiljano Lela, the managing director of the private clinic "Megis", Halil Gashi. The court has now withdrawn for the decision.
