Fiks Fare continued to denounce the actions of law enforcement institutions in Saranda, which have still not solved the serious incident of February 5, 2026, where a large amount of TNT was placed in Mirash Gjikolaj's vehicle.
Instead of these institutions, or their employees, dealing with uncovering the perpetrators, they accompany, threaten, and even slap the whistleblower of this scandal.
The complainant, Mirashi, appeared again at the premises of Top Channel television, along with his vehicle, which the prosecution has returned to him.
"On April 16, the serious incident that happened to me and my family was broadcast, and a day later they returned my car. I thank Fix, because if it were up to them, I wouldn't have taken it back even after 2 years," he claims.
He also shows the place where they placed 6 TNT canisters.
"If it were up to them, I would be dead today. They put it under the seat of this vehicle that I use for work. I know the perpetrators, they are easily recognizable, by their clothing and gait. But these people from the prosecution don't want to catch them," Mirashi claims.
Further, he also tells the latest incident.
"On April 16, 2026, the day my story was broadcast on Fiks Fare, at around 9:30 p.m., a police van arrived at my house in the village of Shëndelli. It was a judicial police officer, Artan Bajrami, along with the area's SPZ and another police officer. They asked me to go with them," Mirashi claims.
He says the officer persistently asked for his phone.
"I didn't give it to him because there was no warrant or order. I told him when I go to the police or the prosecutor I will give it to them. He was very angry. I am the victim in this case, not the perpetrator," adds Mirashi, as he says he did not object and fled in the van.
"On the way to the prosecutor's office, near the Vrina bridge, inside the police van, officer Artan Bajrami asked me for my phone again. I refused and he put his hand in my pocket and took it from me. He even slapped me on the head," Mirashi says. He then went to the Saranda Prosecutor's Office, where he met prosecutor Valbona Maja in the prosecution office.
"The prosecutor, in a harsh tone, demanded an account of why I denounced her. She claimed that I disrupted the investigation, when I had no information and was defenseless. Instead of protecting me, they are protecting those who planted TNT on me. I am defenseless, so I turned to Fiksi again," claims Mirash Gjikolaj.
He says that the prosecutor asked him where he got the information from, when in fact the prosecutor herself signed all the documents. The envelope that the Saranda Prosecution Office sent to Mirash contains information about the investigation of the file, and even has names, stamps or protocol numbers from the Saranda Prosecution Office.
Fiks Fare also contacted prosecutor Valbona Maja regarding the claims of whistleblower Mirash Gjikolaj.
"He was not escorted by force. He was taken for statements, he was escorted because it was late at night and he was escorted by car for security and he was taken home by car. No, no, no. He would have told me. It was for beauty, there were no blows or marks, because I was present myself when Mirash's statements were taken," the prosecutor declares.
She said that at no point did the complainant say that the officer wanted to hit him, nor that the officer wanted to take his cell phone.
"I came with Mirashi two days ago to return the car and I returned it. I told Mirashi that you made a mistake by bringing this moment up because it is disrupting my investigations. Mirashi was there to see what Fiksi had made available and where the other document that did not belong to Mirashi was obtained, that's all! At the moment I cannot give you information because I am under investigation. The case is under investigation and I cannot give any information," the prosecutor concluded.
