At the same time, in the complaint, the citizen also raises accusations of abuse and mismanagement by the institution's leaders, demanding transparency and an investigation by the relevant bodies.

While the construction of a new hospital has long been promised as a solution to improve the situation, this project seems to have been forgotten.
