In the Fresku area, on "Jonuz Lici" street

A concerned citizen has denounced a phenomenon that, according to him, is becoming increasingly common in public spaces in Tirana.

He sent a video recorded by his apartment's security cameras, showing a vehicle parked in front of the house.

Inside the vehicle were a man and a woman who were performing intimate acts in public.

The incident occurred in the Fresku area, on " Jonuz Lici " street, around 7:30 p.m.

The citizen says that such cases have become frequent and that they feel insulted by the lack of respect for public space, especially during times when children may be passing through.
